WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

 

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for FREE for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return my items?’ section.

Items purchased between December 1st - 24th of December 2023 are eligible to be returned until the 14th of January 2024.

Items purchased in our Black Friday Sale are not eligible for the extended Christmas returns policy.

 

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?

We do not accept returns on any underwear garments. (Including socks)

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

 

Please email customer@cityboys.com with details explaining the problem, a team member will get back to you within 2-4 hours.

Once we confirm the item(s) are in original packaging, with tags, and unused. Our team will send you a return label and you’ll have the choice of returning via UPS, DPD, Royal Mail, USPS, and Fedex.

Once the returned item(s) are received. A refund will be issued within 7 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIMES

For all international returns, they are shipped to a dedicated Rebound HUB before being transferred in bulk back to our warehouse facility. For all international times, please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, then a further 10 working days for refunds to be processed.

 

REFUNDS

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, if the item is marked as 'returned to HUB', this does not mean it has reach us yet, but it has reached the Rebound sorting facility. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email contact@cityboys.com so we can investigate this for you.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return. However, if you’d like to check in with the tracking more frequently you can email us at contact@cityboys.com.
